Payment Terms and Conditions

 

1. All services must be paid for in full at the time of the service delivery.
2. The customers progressively pay the individual amounts against the receipt for the service rendered. This means that the part of the payment can be paid before and the part after the arrival to the Czech Republic. Everything depends on the specific agreement with our company.
3. The payment can be made in cash using the Western Union service, or by the bank transfer to the Pragorex company account.
4. The payment is always made against the correctly issued invoice.
5. The credit card payments are not accepted due to the possibility of the credit card misuse.
6. The hotel reservations are possible using the VISA, Euro/Master Card, and AMEX credit card numbers. One night stay is charged as the cancellation fee in the case the customer did not cancel the reservation more than 48 hours prior to the first night stay reservation.
